The Transit

From the curvaceous ceiling arc and convertible bench seating, to the fantastical bed flares and dreamy amount of drawers, this van got the creative juices flowing and just about every tool in the shop cutting. To accommodate the aggressive, yet elegant, overhead bow this responsibly sourced pine was truly put to the test. Flexing, ebbing and flowing to fit this feature, the shiplap slabs are joined by matching wall trim and stunning maple cabinetry.

With every set of faces being cut from the same slice of timber a cohesion can be seen as patterns drift and dash across surfaces to reveal a web of grain and growth rings. Add to that a robust power station, a well endowed garage area, and a luxury refrigerator and you've got a road ready adventuremobile that will keep you and your eyes wandering for decades to come. Bon Voyage!
